A tracking number will be sent to the recipient as soon as the order has been shipped.
if you are ordering a work of art as a gift and would like your item gift wrapped with a personal message, please contact the artist directly by using the form below. there is no fee for this service.
any item damaged during shipment must be photographed and of the damaged packaging. please do not throw away the package. notify the shipping carrier asap to file a claim and notify the stile gallery of art & design asap with photographs of damage and claim report.
if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact the artist within the first 7 days on receiving. The artwork must be returned undamaged for refund. unfortunately, the artist will not cover return shipping costs.

Print on Demand Orders:
The item will require extra time for production such as a print or mug.
a custom canvas print may take several weeks for delivery due to printing time and time for stretching of canvas.
custom items are non-refundable as is ordered as a print on demand.
a damaged item in shipment must be reported asap. the item must be photographed and of the damaged packaging. do not throw away the original packaging! please notify the shipping carrier asap to file a claim. please notify the stile gallery of art & design to report item to the manufacturer for possible replacement.
gift wrapping will not be available for orders that are shipped directly from a manufacturer, however a link is available to send a personal message with the item.
