Several years out of college, I began working for a small decorative Home DEcor company that focused on holiday ornaments, home decor and furniture. everything required hand painted designs, such as floral and fauna.

when relocating to the Us virgin islands several years later, i began to illustrate the tropical plants and flowers that surrounded the gardener’s cottage that i was residing in. it was here that i fell in love with botanical illustration.
