botanical art
Several years after receiving my BFA in Art & Design from the Pratt Institute, I was hired to work for a small home decor painting company. The main product was in hand painted holiday ornaments, home decor and small furniture pieces. It was here that I began to illustrate floral designs on wooden products.
On relocating to the United States Virgin Islands, I became inspired to paint the many tropical flowering trees and plants.
